Our procedure for handling comments/feedback/complaints:
  • Your feedback will be acknowledged within 3 working days of receipt. If required, the Bank will contact you for additional information on the matter.
  • The matter will be reviewed and an investigation may be conducted if required. The investigation will be conducted by officers of the Bank appointed by the Country Manager, who are not subjects to the matter at hand.
  • The Bank will consider all the facts to ensure the matter is handled fairly and we will provide you with a written response in due course.
  • If a complaint is justifiable then the Bank will seek to remedy the situation.
