We offer a variety of products and services to help our Merchants attract more Cardmembers. These include promotional materials at no additional charge, as well as marketing support programmes.

American Express will credit Merchants accounts within three business days, from the date we receive the charges. When you become an American Express Merchant, we will provide you with a Merchant Payment Plan outlining details of your payments. You can also view our payments and reconciliation guide for further details.

By providing the email address on the addendum, you agree to be enrolled to manage your disputes and payments online via the American Express merchant website, as soon as you have the first transaction with American Express. Upon registration, American Express will send you a communication via email containing your Username and a temporary Password. Please log in within 72 hours of receipt of the emails to reset your password and complete your registration at: https://www.americanexpress.com/lacmerchant

By utilizing the online platform, the user will be able to view, download and understand your merchant financials information online. At the same time, the User will be able to manage and respond to Card-member disputes. Online disputes allow you to see all open and urgent disputes for your business locations with the ability to upload documents and respond online.
